Frequently Asked Questions

When should I expect to receive my clubs once I made payment?

Most orders of assembled clubs ship within five to ten business daysOrders of heads only ship within two business days.

That is UNLESS there is a backorder on some of the shafts in your order, if that’s the case, your order may be delayed until the selected shafts are in stock again, this can take anywhere from one to twelve weeks depending on the case. We have no control over that as the stock status of the shafts you select at the time of your order is usually unknown to us until you have placed your order.

If you want to make sure your shafts are in stock before making payment, please email us and we will contact one of our shaft suppliers first and let you know what the stock status is.

*** PLEASE TAKE NOTE, ONCE YOU MAKE PAYMENT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM AND ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.***

In the rare case the shaft you selected would become discontinued, you will swiftly be refunded 100% or your payment.

Do you sell heads only?

Yes, we now sell heads only.

How do your heads compare to the bigger OEMs in terms of quality?

Our heads are made in the same factory that produces heads for the biggest two OEMs in the world along with a few top Japanese OEMs. The quality is premium should we dare say even better since we order much smaller quantities at the time on top of making sure our heads go through a series of heat treatments developed just for us to ensure our heads can be bent 5° which makes our 431ss feel like no other head material used in the industry.

Can I order your clubs with shafts other than the ones you offer on your website?

Yes you can make a request through email, after which we will let you know whether we can get the shaft you are looking for and at what price.

What shaft do you recommend given my x swing speed?

The only way to find out what shaft any given golfer should be using, is to go get fitted by a reputable club fitting facility.

We can't stress that enough, no online tool will ever come close to fitting you properly for a shaft, going through the trial of testing different shafts is the only way to find out.
