Terms & Conditions
ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM AND ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL
All our orders are 100% custom, we do not assemble clubs in advance, we do not stock shafts, we order all shafts per customer order from True Temper’s Canadian headquarters in Kingston, Ontario.
Once you pay your Paypal invoice, we start sorting out and set aside all D-23 and M-29 heads needed to build your clubs and IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER OR GET A REFUND.
If you notice you made a mistake in your order please email us immediately. Please take due diligence and carefully review the Paypal invoice we send you for payment.
TIMELINE AND SHIPPING GUARANTY
Most orders of assembled clubs ship within five to ten business days. Orders of heads only ship within two business days.
That is UNLESS there is a backorder on some of the shafts in your order, if that’s the case, your order may be delayed until the selected shafts are in stock again, this can take anywhere from one to twelve weeks depending on the case. We have no control over that as the stock status of the shafts you select at the time of your order is usually unknown to us until you have placed your order.
If you want to make sure your shafts are in stock before making payment, please email us and we will contact one of our shaft suppliers first and let you know what the stock status is.
*** PLEASE TAKE NOTE, ONCE YOU MAKE PAYMENT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM AND ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.***
In the rare case the shaft you selected would become discontinued, you will swiftly be refunded 100% or your payment.
Arias golf strives to go above and beyond what most companies offer in terms of after sale service. We will always work with you to try to find a satisfying solution to all potential problems based on a good will approach.
Our lifetime warranty applies to any abnormal defects that relate to our in house assembly. Any original ferrule, original shaft, or original grip coming loose will be fixed for as long as you own your clubs, this warranty applies ONLY to the original purchaser of the clubs. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses and sending us the club or clubs that need repairs.
Arias will cover the shipping cost to send you the club or clubs back to you once they are fixed. In the case where shipping cost is higher or equivalent to getting your club or clubs fixed locally, we reserve the right to either arrange repairs or have you arrange repairs locally after which we will swiftly send you the matching cost of the repair through Paypal. All repair refunds subject to our approval first.
Our two year warranty applies to any shaft or head that breaks for no reason during the course of regular play, this warranty applies ONLY to the original purchaser of the clubs. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses and sending us the club or clubs that need repairs. Arias will cover the shipping cost to send you the club or clubs once they are fixed or replaced.
Our warranties may be void if you alter the club’s original specs depending on the case.
BENDING YOUR CLUBS AFTER PURCHASE
Because we always take the time to bend your clubs to spec initially before you take possession of your clubs, we don’t recommend and will not cover any damage your clubs may be subjected to if you get your clubs bent by someone else than us.
We have successfully bent some of our heads in testing more than 6° both ways without any issue, however, accidents can still happen.
SWING WEIGHT AND CUSTOM SPECS
Though we try our very best to offer many custom length, swing weight, loft, lies and grip size options, it will be impossible to meet every combination of length/grip/swing weight every golfer wants.
We use a combination of weight ports, lead powder and a cork which we ram down the shaft when necessary if we need to increase the swing weight of your clubs. Our standard swing weight value of D1 applies to most shafts but not all.
All True Temper 355" shafts tend to have a low balance point, this pushes the swing weight higher by default. For example, the swing weight of a set of our irons on a DG X100 at standard length will hover around D2 to D3 with a standard weight grip, which is perfectly normal.
On the other end the swing weight will be much lighter on most graphite shafts by default due to the much lower shaft weight, which allows us to either adjust the swing weight of your clubs to a lower value or add more weight to the heads and achieve a swing weight of D1 or higher if need be.
